One parade, one shared experience
Organizers create a parade, choose its appearance, set a route and starting location, and share a listener link or QR code. Families join with their family name and listen to music and announcements on their own devices.
Tools for organizers
Parade controls manage shared playback, announcements at chosen intervals, family participation, messages and an optional lead-car location beacon. The system owner reviews organizer requests and can assign parades to approved organizers.
Organizer emails
The system owner can authorize a Gmail sender account to send organizer request confirmations, approval decisions and parade links automatically. Only the owner connects Gmail. Organizers and listeners do not need to grant Google account access.
The Gmail connection requests sending permission. It does not request permission to read your inbox.
